Yes, you can migrate your payroll data to PayStubs. We’ll assist you in transferring your payroll history. One of our payroll experts will handle the migration for you. All you need to do is provide the required documentation, typically the last pay stubs for each employee and contractor, or the payroll summary document if available.
To set up your PayStubs account, you'll need the following:
- Company Information: EIN, address, and contact details
- Unemployment Tax Info: Federal (FUTA) and state (SUTA) unemployment tax details
- Employee Data: Names, work location addresses, family status, dependents, and deductions for each employee
- Payroll History: If you've paid any employees or contractors, whether still with you or no longer with your company, during the year, you'll need their payroll history, which you can get from their last pay stub
